Kelly Irish

Since the birth of her son, Kelly has lost over 80 pounds and it is her mission to share with other women and moms how to look and feel their best, as she understands how hard it can be to struggle with weight. Kelly has been a lifelong athlete, growing up playing softball, basketball, and cross country running. She was a leader on the Penn State Behrend college softball team in 2005-07 as a starting outfielder and catcher. For women who are seeking a more fun way to exercise, that desire to bring their childhood memories of playing sports back to life and feel like an athlete again, Kelly promises to help you feel young again by offering an athletic exercise program incorporating the most effective sports training drills backed by a fully equipped mobile gym. Her training will address fulfilling your recreational and health needs all in one workout, since she understands how difficult it can be to get motivated to stick to a typical exercise routine! Kelly promises to bring fitness training to your door on your schedule by offering in-home and outdoor training.
