Omega-3 ~ The Fat That Should Stay!

Omega-3 fatty acids may have far-reaching health benefits. Studies suggest they help lower the risk of heart disease, the nation’s top killer. They may also protect against symptoms of depression, dementia, cancer, and arthritis. Omega-3s are found in salmon, nuts, leafy greens, and more – but the health benefits can differ greatly from one source to another.


Try to include the above foods mentioned in your diet weekly for your health! It's really not that hard!

My philosophy on fitness training is to make it realistic, goal oriented and fun! The number one factor for exercise adherence is convenience. I bring the workout to your home. There are no distractions of busy fitness centers and we can put 100 percent focus on your workout! I believe that fitness isn't just physical. You have to train the whole person. That means listening to what will work within your schedule, what you want to gain by adopting a new lifestyle and how we can get family members to support your journey. Exercise programs should be individualized. Programs should reflect activities that clients enjoy and want to continue. My top priority is to bring this type of exercise program to you. I will be your biggest support system but will constantly guide you to become the healthiest person you can be.
