Are you aware of how much you're really consuming? Check your diet!
I'm not telling you to starve but you should walk away from every meal not eating everything on your plate. Portion sizes are HUGE these days. You don't need that much food and neither does the guy next to you. I hate wasting food so I get what I don't eat to go.
fyi Working out like crazy and not seeing any results? Doing A LOT of cardio can increase your appetite causing you to consume more than you're burning. If this is you, decrease the *intensity of your workouts for a bit and EAT LESS. The pounds will fall off and you'll come to realize it really isn't that much fun stuffing your face!
