We were few but strong last week! With the schedule/location change, I
know it was hard for everyone to make it. Hopefully everyone can make
it this week before the big feast this Thursday. ;)
Our workout included: warm up (jogging/running/Square of Despair), Circuit 1 (see http://www.acefitness.org/article/2878/),
Circuit 2: Cardio (front lunges, agility front, side lunges, agility
side, jump ropes and stairs--we were lucky to have them there!) and the
ab circuit (see http://www.acefitness.org/article/2850/).
