I SEE YOU

By Kurt Gillon

Ok, YOU may say what does this have to do with health, fitness and wellness.  Well, YOU must appreciate and love YOU, who you are at this stage in your life.  Healthy thinking is creating a healthy MIND, which will in turn affect your BODY, which will in turn affect your SPIRIT...

MORNING CUP OF MOTIVATION: Hey, I am sorry for the way that I spoke to you and also, for all those things that I have thought and said. YOU are my Best Friend and there is NO One else that APPRECIATES me more that you can. I hope you can forgive me. You are worth the time, You are worth the effort and You are worth ALL of the support you can imagine. I believe in YOU.

Learn to see the best in YOU. Speak kind words to yourself and about yourself. Learn to put value in your thoughts, feelings and ideas towards yourself. You are a TREASURE. It's difficult to appreciate something we don't SEE. How we see ourselves, becomes that which we reflect outside of ourselves. Reflect on the GOOD things. YOU are highly VALUABLE. Don't forget that.

Loving yourself is Personal. Now, Keep it FIRST. How will you LOVE yourself today?
