These myths seem to resurface every year because they seem logical. They don't really help. So here are a few things not to believe.
- Running causes arthritis in your knees.
- Pilates lengthens your muscles.
- You can do mouth exercises to reduce chin jiggle.
- Don't drink water during Yoga.
Yes, those are myths. It's ok. Here's a link to an article with more. The main things to improve your health are to consistently eat non-processed foods, and do a variety of exercise styles. I.E. yoga, running, cross training, hiking. etc.
