We had a NICE past few days...exactly what we needed as a family!!
my workouts for the weekend:
Fri- hard outside run upperbody/abs
Sat- family hike
Sun- short at home leg workout for about 20 mins
Monday- short hike and 15 min run outside
Tomorrow is the last day of MAY!! WOW!! it went fast!!
