Welcome to my first blog post EVER! Those who know me will attest to the fact that I am not good with technology...in fact it frightens me a bit but I am diving in head first and going to try to jump into this century with both feet finally.
I have been personal training for the past 6 years. My clients primarily focus on weight loss, flexibility, body definition and some increasing their mass. I am recently Power Yoga certified and am amazed that by adding some of this to my current clients workouts how much they have improved in both strength and flexibility.
I absolutely LOVE what I do, helping others reach their goals, change their goals and reach new goals is, to me, one of the best feelings in the world.
You may be wondering about the name of my blog Spunkday. I try to think of everyday as Spunkday and approach each day with a spunk and fire to accomplish the most that I can in the only way that I know how, with love :)
