- Lower your chest to the floor, and push back up and thrust your legs forward so you are back into a squat.
- Jump up with both hands raised above your head then back to standing and start again!
- Complete for 15 reps.
- Stand with your feet hip distance apart with your elbows bent and your fist facing forward near your ribs.
- Take three large wide steps right, sliding your left foot to the right .
- Making sure you bend your knees into a squat clenching your core at the same time.
- Jump and turn so you are now facing the opposite direction on your third step.
- Complete on your left side.
- Continue alternating for 2 minutes.
Interval training is a great cardiovascular exercise, which can be easily carried out in The large parkland of The Meadows. Set up pinpoints roughly 10 meters apart, and sprint to the first ten and a light jog back to the start, then sprint to the 20 and light jog back and so on until 50 meters or if you want to go further you can!

Spending time alone inside a sound and light proof floatation tank is anything but a new phenomenon, as a matter of fact, floatation therapy has been in existence for more than half a century, the roots of which can be traced back towards the end of the swinging sixties and early 1970's, when the first commercial experimental tank filled with warm Epsom Salts was invented by Dr. John C.
