Zumba Masterclass

By Nannette Dukes

This is the last night for our Zumba Masterclass.  It's hard to understand how can someone workout for 1 1/2 hour but the flip side is someone who does not workout at all and yes hates it.  The beauty is to start somewhere and work your way up:  10 minutes is the most one person can do then celebrate that accomplishment.  However, there are those of us that look for the opportunity to be challenged and see what we're made of.

The first 45 minutes is Zumba Toning followed by Zumba.  Make sure you carbed up before class and drank enough water too.  My favorite is a baked potato and salad.

Look forward to seeing you tonight.

Nannette Dukes

To see either a client or a class participant see their improvements and get closer to their goals is truly exciting. Whether I'm training clients, teaching a fitness class, or hosting a fitness clinic I see my enjoyment as a fitness professional in what I learn so I can pass it on to others. Those that know me have experienced it.
