How Does Virtual Training Work?
One of the main attractions of virtual training is the fact that you are able to train with me, no matter where you are based in the world, at a time and place that suits you. Virtual training does not require you to drive to the gym to meet with me at a specific time that does not really suit you. Working with me virtually allows you to do your daily workouts wherever, and whenever, you choose. You can then touch base with me via email, text, phone, or Skype also at a time that suits you. Virtual training really is a perfect solution for an individual who would like all the benefits of training with a personal trainer, but simply cannot commit to meeting a trainer at specific times throughout the week.
Getting started… you will have an initial phone conversation with me to go over your goals, health history, time and equipment availability. I will then create you an individualized fitness program which you will do on your own, at the time of your choice. The program will be sent to you descriptions of each exercise included in your workout program. You will check in with me at least once a week – either by email, phone, text, or Skype. You may also touch base with me anytime throughout the week for any reason if need be
