I am an ACE Certified Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist. I enjoy working with both healthy and challenged individuals. I work with individuals whose fitness levels are in poor condition due to a variety of chronic health conditions as well as the advanced exerciser looking for a challenge. I first began strength training after the birth of my son 25 years ago. I felt that I could not accomplish my fitness goals with only cardio and dieting; I have been hooked ever since. I enjoy using free weights for muscle strength, endurance and balance. I focus on multi-joint exercises to promote muscle strength and joint stability. I combine cardio-strength training with a variety of equipment and techniques to improve the body as a whole unit. Whether you want to improve muscle strength, endurance, weight loss, balance and coordination or cardio fitness, your overall fitness level will improve with integrated body movement. I am passionate about fitness because of the numerous benefits it provides. I enjoy helping clients feel good about their bodies and making the most out of their workouts. My belief is that when we make the connection that fitness is an anchor to our well-being, we will improve the quality of our lives.
