BALANCE FINISHER- SINGLE LEG BALANCE. 20 seconds work and 10 sec rest 4 rounds on each leg. Bend your knee slightly, feel all the weight in the back of your heel take opposite foot off the ground and hold for 20 sec. Rest 10 sec and do the other leg.
ORE FINISHER- FRONT PLANK/SIDE PLANK COMBO 20 seconds front plank 10 sec side plank 4min total. Hold front plank for 20 sec, roll to side plank for 10 sec then roll to front plank 20 sec and then roll to side plank on other side for 10sec. That is one round and do 4.
