YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR LIFE! I have been in the fitness industry in one form or another for most of my life. I am 56 year old personal trainer. My main focus presently is correcting posture, movement patterns while decrease pain. I evaluate posture and movement then incorporate corrective exercise along with Foundation Training. Foundation Training is posterior chain training to help stretch and strengthen the back side of the body...which has become grossly weakened from our computer lifestyle, sitting to much and overall lack of movement.
