DIETS DON'T WORK (My top 3 secrets)
Never gone on a diet in my life. The see- food diet doesn't count right?
I'm far from perfect when it come to food, yet I have remained around 5 pounds, up and down from my ideal weight, for the last 10 years. Wanna know my secret?
1. Limited sugar consumption- 20 years ago I had severe allergic reaction every time I even looked at sugar. That has passed. But I check the sugar content on almost everything I buy.
2. Limited alcohol- Being an Australian, I love beer. In the past, a little too much. But now being an old fart, moderation is the key. Should be for you too.
3. Consistent exercise- Know what your thinking, yeah, yeah, your a trainer, you love it. But I have competing demands just like everyone else. But I always make time for exercise. So should you
