    Forces of gravity are working against our body everyday. Spooky hey!

    If cannot resist the forces of gravity, especially when we exercise, then we set ourselves up for a world of hurt. This is were the front plank comes in.

    Your spine/core/butt/legs and shoulders are working against gravity so you can be strong. Planks and the many variations are staples in my program for this reason. Make it a part of yours.
