Many people that are on a weight loss regimen fear the holiday season. Many athletes have some fear in the holiday season as well. No one wants to gain unwanted weight during the holiday season, but you also don't want to feel left out of the festivities or should I say "Feast-tivities". So why not seek the expertise of a certified personal trainer?
