Ok, if you only got 5 minutes to spare, and you're wondering what would be the best exercise to do ASAP?
For me it would be DEEP SQUATS. Get down deep, using your whole body and really pushing with your legs to activate the entire muscle system. Do any where between 15-20 reps continuously , body weight only, good form, nice breathing, and full range of motion. NO CHEATING HERE. 2 sets if you can.
Im so behind. In high school I used to be pretty good with computers. 10 years later Ive realized how terrribly behind I am. ANyway, what first attracted me to this "blog" business is that you dont have to be accurate, perfect, proper, uptight, boring......fake. You can just be yourself and say what the hell is on your mind..i think.
