HEYifetraining Fitness and Wellness
Does frequent sitting result in weight gain for women? This question was explored by IDEA, Fitness Journal March 2015, and based on a study published in Preventing Chronic Disease 2014; 11, 140286, it seems that way.

Dramatic Wellness with Megan Merchant
Some of my UNM Stress Management students have struck gold on stress reduction techniques at our half-way class point, and others are still waiting to find their "solution". Here are some thoughts on "Journeys and Journals". Our path lengths are all varied, but continue to "seek and you shall find!" ;D http://youtu.be/3YSCUtxhG6U www.meganmerchant.com

Health is Life
One of the biggest complaints among people with full time office jobs is that they tend to end up in pretty bad shape. Karin Singleton's Blog
I am once more moving away from my fitness field to talk about art which to me is therapeutic and stress-relieving (well, maybe I am talking about wellness after all …..) I bought a beautiful piece of artwork called ‘Odette in a Dogwood Forest’ by Jaimon Caceres which unites in one piece my love of painting and my love of ballet. It is in a place where I see it often in the course of the day, and every time I pass by it makes me smile and feel happy.

Christine's Place to Motivate
High and unreasonable expectations. We usually do this to ourselves around this time of year.Everyone needs the perfect gift, the right amount of money spent on each person, the most festive home with the best home baked foods. So you’ll need to shop online and at stores, get groceries, bake cookies and clean house. Wrap presents and go to parties. And oh- go to work. And sleep. Sometimes. On top of all that, you still need to exercise and make sure that you are not eating a ton of crap so you don’t look like Santa by New Year’s Day.
