Physical. Emotional. Financial. Spiritual. Mental. When was the last time you took personal inventory of these centers that make up YOU? What areas are you balanced in? Acknowledging that a mess was made of a situation = good. Not acknowledging that something needs to be done about it = bad. Wrestler translation: you may get in deep for a takedown, but if you don't finish and finish quickly, it is worth nothing. Life translation = implentation and follow-up is key to success.
The best way to get results with a client is to create a completely transparent nonjudgemental relationship. One way to do this is to have a dounut or two every few months to communicate your humanity, empathy, and not so out of touch grasp on reality. Just look at Demi Moore in G.I Jane. One-arm push-ups = very nice, passing all the other tests despite being ganged up on by all the men =&
