It's January 2012 and now the training really begins. I have been just running about 20-30 miles per week to stay in shape. Had a nagging left heel problem that seems to be better due to new and completely different shoes, as well as additional stretching and self-massage tips from my friends at http://www.athletestreatingathletes.com/
My first goal is to run the Rock n' Roll Marathon in March and laying out my training plan right now. Here is one of my last runs - just a short one but I will keep you posted next month with more.
