It's January 2012 and now the training really begins. I have been just running about 20-30 miles per week to stay in shape. Had a nagging left heel problem that seems to be better due to new and completely different shoes, as well as additional stretching and self-massage tips from my friends at

My first goal is to run the Rock n' Roll Marathon in March and laying out my training plan right now. Here is one of my last runs - just a short one but I will keep you posted next month with more.
