I have always been a fitness fanatic, having had my very first gym membership at the age of 17! In August of 2012, I decided to start sharing my love for health and fitness with others women and opened my private studio,Yolo Fitness. My philosophy is,proper form is essential for success when working out! It is the quality of training that influences your progress more than the quantity. This is why I keep my classes to no more then 6 girls, so I can make sure everyone is using proper form.
I will help you to reach your individual fitness goals and teach you the proper techniques towards leading a healthy and active lifestyle. Whether it's through personal training or classes (bootcamp, kickboxing,core and TRX) you will be working towards achieving a healthier, stronger you.
