Stay Fit & Have Fun
It’s not easy to stay in shape, especially today where our lives are invaded by things that tend to keep us tide up to our chairs almost the entire day.A lot has to do with us spending a lot of time in front of our computers and mobile phones.Most of it goes to social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram or twitter, with teens getting to spend up to 9 hours on social media platforms combined.

My Observations and Thoughts
In the past 26 years as a coach I have probably been told I can’t no less than at least twice a day by a client or someone asking for advice. Every time I hear “I CAN’T” I have proven to that person that they can but just won’t. Sometimes it’s fear but most of the time it’s laziness.
