PliƩ squat-calf raise into a upright row


A client favorite, try this as your #moveoftheday : Feet a little wider than shoulders distance apart, holding dumbbells in front, toes pointed out, shoulders back. Squat down and as you stand, raise up onto toes. Leading with elbows, row your arms up to shoulders. Come back down to flat foot and repeat. Complete as many reps in 60 secs.
