Amy Rauch is the finest trainer/adviser with whom I have ever worked, and I say this having exercised as regularly as possible for 40 years. I suffered a broken hip from a horseback-riding accident, resulting in a hip replacement, and have undergone several major surgeries. What I found most exceptional during the time that I was able to work with Amy is that she has gone way beyond the customary preparation of the vast number of fitness trainers. She has specifically enlisted in special programs, so that she can work with clients who have had serious injuries and surgery -- and bring about tangible change. So professional is she that Amy actually wants to work hand in hand with her client's physical therapists or other health professionals, which means that she goes far beyond the norm. Amy's breadth of professional preparation, her seasoning and experience, genuine interest and commitment to her clients' improvement, and delightful personality make her truly exemplary. I give her 5 stars.

I took a class with Amy for persons over 50. She was very aware of our need for flexibility, balance and individual guidance. She was so attentive and adaptable. Several of us had health issues and she structured our class to help us work around our weaknesses. I enjoyed the variation that Amy used;strength training, core work, yoga and balance exercises. Amy is very personable and fun to work with. I have enjoyed her classes. Carolyn Messer

I have worked off and on with Amy over the last 2 years. She was helping with my training even before she received her certifications. From the moment I first started working with Amy it was very evident she knew exactly what she was talking about. She often suggested new and alternative methods of training for lifting, running, and cycling. (All sports I take very seriously). While sometimes we didn't agree, I put my faith in the guidance Amy gave me and she has never steered me wrong to date. Since completing her certifications her knowledge has only increased exponentially. I often go to Amy for nutrition advice, injury prevention, stretching, rehab work as well as for regular workout plans. Amy is my one stop shop for all things fitness in my life. She is highly skilled at developing fitness programs that meet each clients specific need. In my case it was power lifting, increasing my speed on the bike, and also increasing my 1 mile run pace. My progress with Amy has been nothing less than stellar! But Amy is also capable of working with a wide variety of other clients from children all the way up to people in the 70's. Her vast knowledge enables her to create plans that are catered to your specific sport or area of interest and base that off of your personal goals, abilities, age, etc. I can personally attest to the high quality of her personal training and have heard and seen nothing but praises for her group class sessions. I HIGHLY recommend giving Amy a try to anyone looking for a quality trainer that is going to take the time to listen to your needs and develop a program that is properly suited to you.

Each time I end a fitness session with Amy, I feel better. She caters her program to the needs of our group. She is most knowledgeable and enthusiastic. And most importantly, when we present challenges as senior students, Amy keeps encouraging us to keep going. She also appreciates the fact that occasionally when we struggle to meet the mark, we are overcome by the need to laugh at ourselves.
