    I have ALWAYS hated "working out". I don't feel that way anymore. I actually look forward to it and that's because of Chad.

    People who haven't seen me for a while invariably say, "Your body looks fantastic"..my stock response is "Body By Chad". Its the truth.

    Almost one year ago I had a middle age man paunch..spindly arms and zero definition. Because of Chad's enthusiasm, dedication, perseverance when I absolutely did NOT want to do something...his unflagging support and encouragement..I was able to turn all that around. He is patient and understanding (especially when I am having an "off" day), he takes pride in my accomplishments and never makes me feel like a failure (especially when Im failing).

    I look and feel like a different person.

    It has taken a lot of focus and drive, but I wouldn't have been able to find the motivation to work as hard as I do if it weren't for him. He always makes me feel that everything is possible and that I CAN do it.

    Quite simply, I think he is the best and I am lucky to have him as my fitness professional.

    Working with Chad has been a pleasure, he's very helpful with all my fitness needs & actually listens & cares about all of my concerns. He has a good sense of humor, which makes my training with him a lot more fun. He definitely defies what a typical trainer usually is stereotyped as, which is really cool & makes me feel comfortable. I look forward to all of my classes, I definitely give Chad a thumbs up.

    I used to hate working out: never knowing what to do, how often, etc. I often felt like I didn't belong in the gym because I had no idea what I was doing. Now, after working with Chad, I have so much more confidence, and I actually enjoy going to the gym. He has helped me to reach my goals and even surpass what I thought I was capable of, always pushing me to improve.

    As a beginner to weight training, the knowledge and instruction that Chad has given me has been invaluable. He doesn't just give you a list of exercises to do and leave you to it. He gives you the rationale as well as the proper technique. I have learned so much while working with Chad. It's been great!
