Colleen is a fantastic coach. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of fitness, including but not limited to, technique, correct clothing , injuries and how to avoid them. I joined Colleens group on the recommendation of a friend and stayed with her for 18 months. I was training to run a half marathon but finished up running even longer miles .... eventually just for fun and general fitness. She is a great motivator, but is also very "human" and makes the work-outs fun and tailored to the individual's abilities. Not only did I get much fitter, but I made some great new friends too. If you want to get fitter and/or lose weight, there is no doubt that Colleen can help you to do it.

Coach Leenie is amazing. She trained me to walk my first full marathon and I seriously would not have made it without her and her training plan. We met every Saturday for long miles, as a group, and gave weekly mileage/time sessions to do on your own.I would most definitely recommend Coach Leenie to anyone looking into walking as exercise. She is extremely dedicated and very conscientious of those she is working with.Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned athlete Coach Leenie will be able to help you meet and beat your goals.I wish Leenie all the best with her future endeavors.
