    This is such a great class!
    I started out with the stroller class then and fell in love! I now take 2 days a week and cannot get enough
    Jo ann keeps things fresh, challenging and always on the go. You never know what is coming next, an hour goes by quickly. It is the same as having a personal trainer
    Joann makes everyone at every level feel so confident and comfortable, I know Im always getting such a great work out and feel SOOO good for the rest of my day.
    She also has a wonderful group of moms and kids at the class. I bring my 2 children that love going to the playgroup and the woman that oversees the childcare is truely amazing! She really engages the kids, they have such a great time... which makes my workout that much better. And, childcare is included in the price!

    I want to thank Jo-Ann for her outstanding dedication, expertise, professionalism in her field of personal fitness. I have been working with her for about a year & have been thrilled with my progress and results. We meet approx. every 6-8 weeks and she customizes my workouts and provides me with a detailed 8 week schedule. She also sends me a video of the current workout which is very helpful. One of my goals is to qualify for the Boston Marathon. I believe that Jo-Ann will help me achieve this goal. Again, she is a tremendous fitness coach & a wonderful person.

    Jo-Ann is a very energetic, enthusiastic and caring individual. She modifies all exercises to all ages and fitness levels. She is a great motivator, provides individualized attention, and alters her class to keep it interesting. She constantly challenges me and pushes me to keep going. Her background as a Physical Therapist gives her classes more of a well rounded approach. I would highly recommend her classes if you are looking to get fit while having fun and being challenged!

    Jo-Ann and her classes have changed my life. In the 2 years that I have been taking her Power Mom's class I have been transformed inside and out. Before I started this class I has never worked out before. Jo-Ann instantly made me feel comfortable with her warm, patient and encouraging nature. I never felt judged or uncomfortable. Jo-Ann helped me lose 55 lbs and maintain the weight loss through her amazing class. I have more energy and stamina then I've ever had in my life. She encourages you to push yourself and your limits but also is very caring and attentive to limitations you may have. Jo-Ann is a special person and a gifted instructor. I consider myself fortunate to have gotten to know her and participate in her classes.

    Jo-Ann is an extremely knowledgable, caring, motivating and professional instructor. She is in tune with her students' varying strength and endurance levels, and makes every workout doable for every level. My body image and my energy level have improved drastically over the last three years of taking Jo-Ann's Power Moms classes. The format of her class changes frequently so that you don't get bored of the same routine. I can honestly say that I look forward to her classes every week!
