Women are busy and we tend to take care of others before ourselves. I provide you with the tools and knowledge to help you obtain a healthier and less stressed version of you.     I am 63 years old and lost my husband 18 months ago. I had allowed myself to become depressed and lethargic. I really didn't think I could keep up with an exercise class but I have been attending Deanna's classes for two months and love it. She makes the classes to fit your fitness level. I have felt energetic , slept better and look forward to everyday. Her leadership nudges you forward while feeling successful !! I highly recommend Deanna for any age or health level. You'll enjoy every step you take to a healthy life style.

    I absolutely love Deanna's classes! I have never been able to stick to a fitness program before and always felt to self-conscious to join a gym. I am a breast cancer survivor and had thought that my health restrictions would be to limiting to obtain any dramatic results. Deanna has proven to me that I am capable of reaching my goals and that things I thought would be restrictions simply are not. She is an excellent coach, trainer and nutritional adviser. I have been taking her classes for a few months now and have not felt better in years. I highly suggest that anyone that has ever wanted to take control of their health and fitness but has been afraid for any reason, visit with Deanna and try her classes. You will not be disappointed!     I know Deanna Shankle to be a thorough, calm, caring, hard-working, very motivated personal trainer & group fitness instructor. She truly "practices what she preaches" when it comes to exercise and nutrition. She is well liked in a gym setting by people of all ages and ability levels. She is also a (multi-)certified fitness instructor who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She is someone I consider to be easy to work with. She is friendly and lives a life of integrity. I truly enjoyed the time we worked together.

    Deanna is a great trainer who goes above and beyond for her clients. She is particularly wonderful at customizing workouts for individuals with injuries or health issues. She is very knowledgeable and her passion for fitness is contagious. An enthusiastic trainer with tons to offer those wanting to improve their health and/or fitness!
