My training is based in unlocking the client's inherent ability to move naturally, rhythmically, and freely. All human performance relies upon these essential movement capacities that are often inhibited by the strain of daily life, work, and even our recreational activities. If you are new to exercise I will design a complete training program to meet your individual needs and help you identify training modalities that will keep you active in a process of willful positive change. For clients that already have a practice or training regimen, I will work with you on your body mechanics, focal and rhythmic approach, and optimization of your training regimen within your chosen discipline. I will also introduce and customize complimentary and balancing exercises to take you to a new level of performance, fitness, and independence in your training process. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your health, look/feel/be more attractive, optimize your performance in an activity, or all of the above: my aim is to give you the tools and inspiration to transcend the goals that you have set and initiate a life-long process of complete engagement in your activities and your life.
