    Greg is the consummate professional. I reached to Greg for assistance in helping me get in shape for my wedding. He helped craft a winning strategy that focused on overall fitness, weight loss, and working around old sports injuries.     I LOVE the kickboxing classes! Not only are they fun, but they build stamina, coordination, and tone your body. Although there are multiple people in the kick-boxing class everyone develops on their own pace under the supervision of Greg. He ensures that everyone follows proper form during class to avoid any injuries and he is very well aware of each individual's needs at all times. Greg is a fully capable and knowledgable instructor. I highly recommend Greg Dixon for both his kickboxing classes as well as personal training.

    Greg is a fantastic personal trainer and I’m certainly “living proof” of that – just to share with you a simple example I couldn’t do a single push-up when I started working out under his supervision and currently push-ups are just part of my warm up routine! Greg is willing to work with you on your personal goals and he always finds the right balance between pushing you hard and celebrating your successes and achievements. I’m truly happy to have him as my personal trainer and I would recommend him without any hesitation.

    Greg has been my personal trainer for almost three years. I started training with Greg at another gym but when he opened his own studio I followed him because I was satisfied with the tremendous results I had achieved with him. Greg's programs contain diverse training methods,individualized exercises and challenging but achievable goal setting. Greg's professionalism, extensive knowledge, and enthusiastic commitment to his work/clients provides the environment that keeps me motivated to continue training regularly.     Greg is a true professional. He gives his clients complete and undivided attention during sessions, paying close attention to form and safety. He listened carefully to my personal goals and then developed a plan to help me attain them. He is a good motivator during sessions and really pushes one to do their best. I feel fortunate to be able to train with him and recommend him without reservation.
