    Hideka is one of the reasons why I’ve become so consistent with my fitness routine. She is passionate. She makes exercise feel like a fun activity. I’ve had many laughs and many sweats and tears while training with her. She truly focuses on her clients’ needs and helps them achieve their fitness goals. She is patient, very knowledgeable, very strong and has an art in challenging you to perform and give your best while training alongside her. Hands down recommend her.

    Hideka has many fine qualities which recommend her. She is thoughtful, focused, energetic, encouraging and challenging. A competent trainer she certainly is. But she is also a warm and fun person which makes it even easier to get my best performance. She crams a lot into our sessions and gives great value. Mind and body always feel fabulous afterwards. I trust her and recommend her without reservation.

    Hideka is fantastic. I’ve had several trainers over the years, and while I’ve done ok with them, I never was able to make the all changes I wanted to. There was always something missing, and the relationship always trickled away. Hideka has been completely different. She’s incredibly energetic, more knowledgeable than any trainer I’ve had about training techniques and nutrition, and she always keeps it interesting. The last point has been critical – she’s great at changing things up to keep the work fresh – I never get bored! With Hideka I’ve lost 50 pounds, run a Tough Mudder, a marathon, 4 half marathons and numerous other races. She’s changed my life. I highly recommend her.
