My name is Keith Elders. I have been a personal trainer for almost 5 years now. This is what I decided to do full time when I left the US Army. It is very gratifying for me to be able to help people with their fitness and nutritional needs.
In keeping with that idea, I recently opened my Personal Training Studio, SPARTAN Total Body Transformations, in Concord, NC. It is a fully-equipped, fully-functional mini-gym type studio. It is a well-suited training environment for people who do not like the "big box" gym and want one-on-one personal training sessions.
We offer Personal Training for overall health and wellness, Nutritional Programming, Exercise Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, Youth Fitness, Senior Fitness, Self- Defense Classes, and Weight Loss/ Management.

    I have recently began to workout with keith. I am active duty medic stationed at Ft. Campbell KY. His plan is very informative as well as his dedication. He has explained things too me that I didnt understamd in a very friendly manner. One soldier to another this is a man whose word I trust more above than any other trainer and look forward to future work together.

    I've been working out at spartan tbt for almost a month and being a former competitive cheerleader for eight years I've never used weights for exercise. I love the one on one training and has helped me learn my way around the gym while giving me an insane workout that you feel for days!! I definitely recommend this place if you're wanting to get into shape.

    I started training with Keith about two months ago. Having trained with a recreational body builder I thought I knew my way around the weights.. He quickly proved that wrong. Since I started training with Keith my form has improved ten fold, my strength has doubled on some lifts, and my body fat percentage has gone down significantly. Keith is hands down your best option for any workout or nutritional programming that you need!

    I have been training with Keith for a while now, and as a former Division 1 college athlete who trained at the highest level for years, and has done everything from CrossFit to Personal Training, Keith gets it. He is right up there with the best of them. He knows how to help you reach all your desired goals, and will get you there. I highly recommend Keith and Spartan Total Body.
