While capable of adapting to meet the needs of each specific client in one-on-one training sessions, I have also established a strong following of loyal students in various weekly group fitness sessions with my diligence to achieve maximum performance through proper form and technique.

    With my serious lower back issues, having Lori as a personal trainer for the last 2+ years has been integral to maintaining my active lifestyle of triathlon, sailing, surfing, back-packing, and other outdoor activities.
