Michael began to love fitness as a child, playing soccer and baseball. He continued his love for soccer at Messiah College where he won two national championships and earned a degree in health and exercise science. It was at Messiah College where his love for training others began. In 2012, a friend asked Michael to help him lose weight. After a year of exercise, hard work, and a proper diet, his friend lost 30 pounds. He has continued to train individuals of all ages and skill sets since then.
He enjoys scuba diving, going to the movies, watching hockey and can often be found chasing after his sheepdog, Lucy. Michael truly believes that fitness is not only essential to a healthy body, but a healthy mind as well. His wish is that each of his clients can realize the potential that they have and surpass their fitness goals.
