I'm an outgoing, introvert with a degree in psychology from Yale and over ten years of experience in the fitness industry. I am seeking clients who understand that turning their state of health around is a process, who are open to being open and coached, and ready to do what must be done. Though I have worked with clients ages 8 to 84, I particularly enjoy working with older adults and seniors. Depending on your location I am available for personal training and health coaching at your home, via Skype, or at my studio in Rahway.     Great fitness expert geared towards meeting individual needs of clients. Very good motivator and gives step by step instruction on how to get the body into a better physical and mental shape. Stays on task and is extremely knowledgeable about how to correctly perform excersices. Thumbs up.
