Fitness is my passion. Having battled anorexia and bulimia for almost 10 years, I finally found what I was looking for: exercise. My goal is to show people how exercise can change their life, and how simple it can be. I believe my niche is showing my clients how to get a great workout with minimal equipment. I do in-home training for the convenience of my clients, but we've also taken those workouts outdoors and other venues. I'm a wife to a my Prince Charming, and a mother to my 13 year old daughter. Family is without a doubt, the most important aspect of my life. I love to run, ride, and anything else that causes me to get sweaty and release endorphins!

    I have been working with Stephanie on a one-to-one basis for over a year and a half. When I began my fitness journey I had very little stamina and strength. Climbing two flights of stairs in my house or carrying a heavy bag of groceries would leave me winded and aware of how out of shape I was. Working with Stephanie I have lost about 30 pounds and as many inches, but more importantly I've adopted a new lifestyle that is helping me keep the weight off. Stephanie introduced me to functional fitness and interval training. During our training sessions she personalizes my workouts to play to my strengths and to address areas where I need to improve. She is adamant about using good form and protecting your body from injury. I realize it may sound corny or cliche but Stephanie makes exercise fun. We are always trying new things, and believe it or not training with ropes, hula hoops, and paper plates (yes, paper plates can be used as exercise equipment!) is nice break from the repetitive and mundane experience you get on an elliptical. Stephanie has taught me how to adapt and modify exercises and routines so that I can work out at home according to my time constraints and limited access to equipment. I recommend Stephanie to anyone, from an exercise beginner to a fitness guru, who wants to improve their fitness, loose weight, or shake up their normal routine. She really is that great!

    I have been working with Stephanie for 12 years. She has tailored my workouts to my needs which have fluctuated over that span of time. Regardless of what my capabilities are, Stephanie always believes in me and helps me to achieve goals/routines I wasn’t sure I could do! Her dedication to overall fitness is all encompassing including exercise & nutrition. I look forward to each session since they are always new and fresh, she has a knack of making a difficult routine seem fun! I very much like that Stephanie “trains by example”. I know that every routine she has me do, she has done ~ she is always such an inspiration. If you want success with your overall fitness, I highly recommend Steph, she epitomizes the “personal” in personal trainer!

    I have been working and training with Stephanie for almost 13 years. She is very professional and encourages her clients to produce their best. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone who is wanting to add fitness, maintain their fitness level or ramp it up. She customizes an effective program for all levels and all special situations. Her workouts are comprehensive and full body workouts. She uses the latest research and always gives the why you are doing something. She will explain the proper technique and is always available for questions after your session. I have to laugh because I know when Stephanie says she really likes a particular exercise, you know it is the best one for the best results and will be challenging. Stephanie knows how to get the best out of her clients!
