Who am I:
My name is Tyler Scott Waymire and I am a nationally certified personal trainer. My appearance in the fitness industry began at first as a means to achieve my personal fitness goals, however after achieving my goals, I became a certified personal trainer in order to help others actualize their own fitness goals. My Education:
While hands on experience on a gym floor is invaluable to understanding and practicing fitness, I believe that knowledge of the body and its functions are equally as invaluable to learning safe and effective training. Tyler Scott has numerous certifications: NPTI National Personal Training Institute, NASM National Academy of Sports Medicine, and TRX Total Body Training, and Nutrition. Tyler Scott has gathered hundreds of hours worth of education and training so that he could coach people at the best of his abilities, fix their muscle imbalances, and improve their overall quality of health.

My Experience:
Tyler Scott not only has a strong educational background but also has even more hand on experience in the arena of fitness with his title of a nationally qualified bodybuilder, fitness competition coach for many show winning competitors, and also head trainer at Old Skool Iron. Tyler Scott began his career working for Gold’s Gym in Vacaville, California. After gaining a year of experience from a corporate gym he then became self-employed at Old Skool Iron where he ran the competition fitness brand known as Tyler Scott Competition Fitness Team. After obtaining almost 3 years of experience working for corporate gyms, small gyms, and through self employment, he has created a brand name that is recognized in the world of fitness where he coaches many athletes into the amateur NPC league and professional IFBB league. Not only has Tyler Scott Fitness helped coach many competitors into the top 5 bracket but his fitness brand has also helped a diverse cliental to reach their fitness goals.

    Hmmmm, what to say about Tyler! I began my competition journey after my first meeting with him on 25Mar2014. On June 7, 2014 I walked onto the stage for the first time and took 1st place qualifying me for nationals! Tyler had all of the right answers! He got my diet right and pushed me harder than I've ever gone in the gym. First time at NPC Nationals and I got 5th place!! I still have a hard time believing the transformation that I see in the mirror.

    He's patient and straight forward and as long as you have the dedication.....you will see results!

    I was approaching my baby's one year birthday and I weighed more then I did right after he was born. I knew I had to do something about it because my "baby weight" excuse was about to expire, so I decided to try a session with my brother's personal trainer, Tyler.

    I've been working out with Tyler for just over 2 months so far and I'm already down 10% of my body weight!! (And that was over the holidays!) The results really speak for themselves.

    He pushes me so much harder than when I workout on my own! I'm learning new techniques and diet and workout strategies, but what has really surprised me is how strong I actually am. Who knew?!

    I've got another 20 or so pounds to go and I know we'll get there. I've lost the weight before but I've never been able to keep it off permanently. That's where I'm going to really lean on Tyler to help me build a lifelong maintenance strategy.

    Old Skool Iron, the gym we workout at is pretty wild - It's a pretty famous power-lifting & body-building gym. Some people may find that intimidating, but I have a lot of fun watching them do what they do. Today I saw a guy lift a personal record - 935lbs!!! On the negative side, the gym doesn't have all the amenities big gyms have like full locker rooms/showers/etc. so you have to plan around that.

    Been training with Tyler since last summer. I have already met all the goals we originally set out to do, and are now on a new set of goals. I initially wanted to lose weight, bam, that's gone. My new goal is to add muscle and not look like a weak-ling, and we are already off to a great start. Tyler has me on an eating program that is tailored for adding muscle and it is also shocking how much technique is required to properly lift weights. Iv'e been doing it wrong my whole life, so no wonder I have never added muscle or enjoyed lifting weights. Now with proper form and motivation from Tyler, watch out Dwanye Johnson, I'm getting ready to smash some rock's with my new strength.

    The proof is in the pudding! I've gotten good results with Tyler and if you are looking for a trainer to get you results I would recommend him.
